Gardenia jasminoides. Gardenias mean trust, clarity, hope and renewal. They symbolize everything related to pure attraction and the spiritual world. They are usually given as a confession of love. They are native to Africa, Asia and Australia, and my backyard. They smell like what I imagine heaven smells like-lucky me to have this slice of heaven so close.
