I love how raw this image feels. I must have been feeling the tulip magnolia cut from my favorite tree in my front yard. They are the most gorgeous bloom I have ever seen so it almost kills me to cut them. But they look so good with a hint of pink tulle over them-dressing them up for their closeup.

We named this peony after one of my all-time favorite songs, “Adia” by Sarah McLachlan. The lyrics have such deep emotion throughout the entire song but we relate to “We are born innocent, Believe me Adia, we are still innocent, It’s easy we all falter, Does it matter?” There are so many interpretations of this song but for us it just means love.
